A Mother's Memories

Early in the morning when you find you cannot sleep, you do not know what to do with yourself and it can be a lonely time.....

While remembering how he made me laugh, his huge laughter filled the room and all I remember is the funny side of him, the one that  would light up a room, the one he could not hide and one that everyone knew!

I search through my pictures and lay them side by side and then got to work on a slideshow so I can watch him in full view.  

I  add  one his favourite songs and as I sit and  smile to myself, I cannot contain the tears as they flow but my fond memories radiate my being of the great son I was blessed to have for 17 years of his life.  

He gave me so much love and continues to live on within me, I choose  to honour him in my own special way - I  find this helps me immensely.....
